Are you looking to join an exciting company, who have recently moved their office's from Doncaster to Windsor, into brand new, refurbished offices and be part of a growing team?

This role will be supporting the MD and the company in all aspects of the business. An experienced PA is needed, and looking for someone supportive and truly efficient.

Key responsibilities:

  • Office management
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the MD
  • Manage expenses

Key skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years PA experience
  • A real passion for food and quality ingredients
  • Energy and spirit
  • Proven experience in taking control, making things happen and supporting the business
