Are you an Entrepreneurial, Enthusiastic and Ambitious individual with 2 - 3 years previous PA/Administration Support experience?

My client, a world leading consumer health and hygiene company are looking for someone to take on the exciting challenging role as a PA to 4 Directors and their team. Someone who can turn their hand to anything, and has a keen interest in taking on projects, implementing new, creative ideas, ambitious and confident and willing to grow and success with the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary Management - meetings and travel and re-schedules when appropriate
  • Preparation of relevant documents for meetings
  • Travel arrangements - flights, cars and trains for Regional Director and sometimes Family, paying attention to detail with regards to type of meeting attending, specific venues etc
  • Meeting organisation - internal and external meetings
  • Expenses
  • Organising and responding to daily post
  • Typing and tidying presentations and documents
  • Updating presentations to include charts and figures - collating figures to update presentations
  • Co-ordinating Management team events: monthly meetings, dinners and conferences
  • Monitoring e-mails, and prioritising urgent information
  • General admin support for documents, letters, calendars and meetings
  • Dealing with telephone calls from consumers to the CEO
  • Dealing with personal requirements e.g. travel for family, Booking appointments

Key skills:

  • Experience of working within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment
  • Currently working in a PA role or a role providing support to a Senior Director
  • Confident and mature approach
  • Prepared to take responsibility
  • Calm and courteous under pressure
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload / be flexible to the business needs
  • To have discretion and diplomacy when given information that may be confidential
  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Advanced Computer Skills - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
