PA / Office Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a small team based in Maidenhead within the financial sector!

You will be responsible for providing pre and post meeting administrative support to directors dealing with high net worth individuals. You'll also manage client projects through to completion within designated time scales by liaising with clients, other team members and providers to facilitate this.

Salary: £25k - £27k pro rata Flexible working hours available: 32+ hours per week

Essential Skills:

  • Must have excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Competent Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook specifically
  • Competent client database administration/management and Diary Management
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good written English
  • Ability to prepare reports from various software packages

Personal Skills:

  • Problem solver / independent thinker
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Integrate into a small team
  • Communicate effectively with directors, clients, providers and other staff
  • Desire to develop your career
  • Degree or equivalent education - not essential

Experience

  • Must have demonstrated ability to deal with a range of concurrent projects/ tasks and bring them to completion
  • No experience in the financial services sector is required, although this could be beneficial
