PA to Director - 10 month maternity cover

Our client, an award-winning creative consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic full time Personal Assistant to the Director to cover maternity leave.

This is a varied role working in a busy and creative environment and will suit someone who has an interest in the design world.

The role is full time Monday to Friday but there is some degree of flexibility with regards to start and finish time. This company is a very friendly and supportive place to work, with a strong belief in achieving a successful work/life balance.

This role is offered on an initial 10 month contract (with the option to potentially extend).

Key Responsibilities
* Diary management (Director and wider team)
* Monitor, respond to and re-direct emails as appropriate
* Organise meetings/conference calls/manage meeting areas
* Organise and book travel arrangements/couriers
* Prepare and send formal documents
* Collate content for presentations, bids and competitions
* Manage telephone and postal correspondence
* Manage contacts and project databases
* Collate and manage expenses
* Support with marketing duties
* Meet and greet guests
* Answering main telephone
* Stock maintenance
* Updating Health & Safety kit, documents, policies and training
* Other ad hoc duties and administration

Skills/Experience
* Experience as a PA
* Strong organisation skills
* Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, with Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop etc) desirable
* Able to multitask and prioritise work
* Attention to detail
