Based in Beaconsfield

Our client, a dynamic and modern IFA based in Beaconsfield dealing with a wide range of high net worth individuals, is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing business.

Duties will include:

  • To assist in managing clients' planning needs and solutions across their private client business
  • Prepare client letters/proposals containing advice and recommendations, reports and research documentation
  • Attend client meetings
  • Maintain asset and income schedules
  • Deal with client queries as appropriate, via telephone or in writing
  • Ensure that client queries are appropriately investigated and accurate responses given
  • Identify the relevant areas that should be addressed as part of the planning process
  • Prepare suitability letters in accordance with agreed recommendations, ensuring all relevant compliance paperwork has been carried out

Ideally you will have

  • A Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • A proven track and successful record in paraplanning, minimum 3 years
  • Strong research and report writing skills
  • Technical product knowledge of wealth management products including pensions, investments and protection
  • A positive attitude with excellent team working skills
