Part Time Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrator required on a part time basis for a growing company in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will have excellent all-round accounting experience and be able to manage multiple priorities as the sole person in charge of accounts in the office.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience. 25 hours per week required.

Duties to include:

To ensure all aspects of accounts receivable are maintained in a timely and accurate manner:

  • Maintaining, logging and reconciling customer receipts
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Credit control as required
  • Liaising with sales teams
  • Raising customer invoices

To ensure all aspects of accounts payable are maintained in a timely and accurate manner:

  • Matching, coding & entering supplier invoices onto SAP
  • Liaising with various internals teams for specific invoices
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier and sub-contractor queries
  • Set-up new supplier accounts as necessary
  • Assist with producing weekly payment runs and sending remittance advice to relevant suppliers

General duties:

  • Preparation and reconciliation of monthly reconciliation
  • Sales and cost reporting by completed job using SAP
  • Liaison with Accountant regarding various accruals
  • Ensuring all queries are resolved and all invoices have been entered on SAP
  • Reconciliation of aged debtors and creditors
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system
  • Raising financial reports Profit and Loss and other financials
  • Posting cheques to company's bank
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with company fleet mileage tracking
  • Liaison with HMRC as required
  • Assisting with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) payment reporting
