Part Time Administration Assistant

A global leader based near Maidenhead seeks a Part Time Administrator to provide support across the Security Department of their Head Quarters.

You'll be responsible for processing purchase orders, sales orders and customer invoices. You'llprovide ad hoc administration assistance, resolve queries and have some responsibility for Export Control administration.

This is a permanent, part-time role, initially working 21.5 hours per week across Mon-Fri. There is a possibility that this will become a full-time role working 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales orders, purchase orders and invoices in SAP for customer orders, as well as processing credit and debit notes
  • Packing up shipments, creating serial number lists and taking them to the post room to ship out
  • Moving items to loan and keeping track of loan agreements and loaned stock
  • Setting up new trade, non-trade and contractor vendor accounts
  • Requesting amendments to customer and vendor accounts
  • approving payments of these invoices in Fiori
  • Uploading invoices and quarterly invoices to customers' portals
  • Carry out MK denial denied party checks on all new customers and vendors
  • Import process including import clearance instructions to agents and HMRC

Key Skills:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Export control experience is desirable
  • High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • An organised, proactive and 'can do' approach to work
  • Good systems knowledge, SAP would be an advantage
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Approachable and flexible
  • Japanese language skills would be an advantage
