Part Time Administrator - 28 hours/week

Our client, a friendly and successful IT consultancy in Chesham, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join them on a part time basis.

They're looking for someone to work around 28 hours p/w - Mondays and Fridays are essential but the other days are flexible. The hours are also flexible and can work around the candidate, ie 9 - 3, 5 days p/w or 9 - 5, 4 days p/w.

The successful candidate will have previous admin experience and have good knowledge of Word and Excel. Previous accounts administration experience would be beneficial.

Duties will include
- filing
- answering the telephone
- assisting the accounts manager
- contracts administration
- ad hoc tasks

Skill/Experience
- good IT skills
- flexible, friendly, personable
- previous knowledge of accounts would be beneficial
