Part Time Business Support - 12.5 hours p/w

Our client, a creative agency in the heart of Marlow, is looking for an organised, numerate, efficient, friendly Business Support Executive to join them.

It is essential that you have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office with particular attention to Excel and Word. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done on time and right first time. As the voice (and face) of the business you must have a professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers and suppliers.

Hours of Work - 12.5 hours per week

Either 5 days (10-12:30) OR Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 - 2:10

Salary £11.50 per hour (£22,425 (pro-rata)

Duties include

  • Managing our client's online Reward Store
    • Product selection
    • Supplier management
    • Order processing
    • Monthly reporting
    • Website maintenance
    • Managing stocks of gift voucher
  • Business support
    • Invoicing support (in and out)
    • Working with our accountant to manage debtors and cash flow
    • Maintaining employment, pension and training records
    • IT & facilities management
    • Overhead management - management of suppliers and controlling costs
    • Managing office supplies
  • General support
    • Support MD in a variety of ad hoc projects
    • Organise staff parties
    • Anything else to support the business
