Our client, a vibrant and exciting company based in Henley on Thames, is looking to recruit a part time Facilities and Project Co-ordinator to join their team. Hours to suit the candidate but around 15 - 20 per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, switched on administrator, ideally with some facilitiles or project co-ordination experience.

Duties include

From receipt of an enquiry obtain quotes, issue quotes (and if accepted), arrange for works to take place, follow up on completion of works, check invoices against that received

To Support the London based project managers (3) as necessary which could include obtaining quotes, typing quotes, getting delivery dates, placing orders etc

Liaising with in house handyman to undertake works where suitable

To cover for the office administrator when on leave

Team Player and to assist where needed in the office

We are also looking at setting up a PO system so may have to issue some PO's

 

The successful candidate will

Be organised

IT literate

Possess excellent communication skills
