A global organisation, based in Maidenhead is looking a Part Time Administrator to join their friendly team. You will be working in a small office and will be responsible for general administrative duties and executing and overseeing the day-to-day operation and administrative tasks of the office. This is a permanent opportunity, 20 hours per week, 4 days a week (but can be discussed). Salary is £31,000 – £35,000 FTE / £16,500 – £18,200 pro rata.

Main Duties

  • Ordering office supplies, including stationery
  • Travel/visitor arrangements
  • Invoice processing
  • Insurance handling & renewals
  • Health & Safety Equipment
  • Supporting management and maintenance of company cars
  • Keeping intranet site up to date with information materials
  • Supporting Sales & Service departments with administrative matters

Main Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years previous office administration experience
  • Experience in the area of CSR, Health & Safety and/ or company car fleet management desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Organisation & prioritisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
