Our client is a very small and successful engineering company and they're looking for a Part Time Office Manager/PA to work alongside the MD.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 3pm.

This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of running a small business including an overview of payroll procedures, bookkeeping and accounts payable.

You will need to be willing to learn, be a self-starter and happy to work alone.Other tasks will include managing the health & safety procedures, maintaining an efficient filing system, liaising with site staff, customers and suppliers as well as the general administration essential to running a small office.

A good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
