Part Time PA/EA to CEO (ideally with some HR/Marketing too)

Our client, a vibrant and exciting company in Henley on Thames, is looking for an organised, commercially astute and professional person to join their team and provide support to the CEO/Founder.

Our client would also be interested in candidates from either marketing or HR backgrounds who would be happy to take on a PA/EA role as there could be other duties such as social media work, getting the company ready for GDPR, and overlooking the current HR policies and procedures, plus HR co-ordination.

Hours are flexible to suit the candidate.

Duties include

  • Undertaking some personal tasks as required
  • Calendar management
  • Booking of venues, restaurants as and when needed
  • Organising travel as and when required
  • Collating and arranging payment of expenses
  • Some typing of minutes, fee proposals, quotes
  • Potentially include some social medial work for candidates with marketing experience
  • Initial review of work that the CEO would have to do for example website changes, GDPR implications
  • Following up with people as and when needed for quotes, issuing of work etc
  • Potentially include an HR role - producing job specifications, reviewing CV's, arranging interviews, checking contracts meet latest legislation, issuing completion of probation period letters, pay rise letters, managing holiday calendar

The successful candidate will

  • Be IT literate
  • Professional, personable and flexible
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have a PA/EA background or come from a Marketing or HR background
