Part Time Receptionist and Office Administrator

Our client is seeking a competent and professional Part Time Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their busy team.

This is an ongoing temporary position starting on 4th March and working 2 days per week, Monday's and Tuesday's, 9am - 5pm.

The main duty of this role will involve answering the switchboard as well as post distribution, internal communications, invoicing, and general administration.


  • Provision of reception and front of office business support for the building and its tenants
  • Management of the facilities including office supplies, service contracts, maintenance and improvements
  • Management of tenant relationships including tenancy agreements and invoicing
  • Provision of administration support as required by tenants

    Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an admin or reception role
  • Quick to learn and able to use own initiative
  • Motivated and hard working
  • Excellent communication skills
