Part Time Sales Administrator - 24 hours per week

Our client, based in High Wycombe, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed Sales Administrator who will work closely with the Production Manager, Finance Manager and Quality Manager to ensure that the company can deliver their products on time, to a high quality and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Key contact for customers - place orders via email and telephone and liaise with the Production Manager to determine delivery dates
- Agree prices with the Chief Executive, raise Sales Orders, maintain customer records and raise Proforma invoices
- Prepare weekly order reports, highlight any delays and determine the reason and communicate this to the customer
- Notify customers when goods are ready for shipment and organise carriage and invoices if necessary
- Work with the Finance Manager to ensure that all proforma customers have paid in advance of shipment
- Communicate feedback from customers internally and work as a team to ensure customer queries are addressed promptly
- Assist the Finance team to check stock quantities, raise Purchase Orders, match Delivery Notes and process purchase invoices on a timely basis, as well as other finance tasks as and when required

Requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel required)
- Previous customer facing sales administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working alongside an accounts team and knowledge of financial systems
- Work well in a team
- Good knowledge of computer-based systems, ideally Operations and Opera 3
- Positive and flexible approach
- Attention to detail
- Good education
