Our client, based in High Wycombe, is looking for a part time Scheduler to join their team, working 22 hours per week Wed to Fri.

As a Scheduler for the Service team, you will ensure clients receive a first class service. You will be receiving calls from customers and obtaining sufficient information to allocate the most cost effective and suitably qualified engineer to attend site.

Key Responsibilities;
- Receive and act upon customer's telephone calls entering details into the Service Management System (SMS)
- Using local knowledge and information relating to engineer skill availability, allocate the appropriate engineer to ensure that customer expectations are met
- Work with the Service Support Managers and Scheduling Supervisor to resolve any conflicting /issues
- Advise the Service Support Managers and Scheduling Supervisor if we are unable to provide an appropriate response to a customer request or there will be a delay to the request for support
- Forward plan contract visits
- Confirm booking arrangements for all site visits with the customer and the appropriate engineers ensuring that all relevant information is provided

- Experience of having worked in a scheduling, customer service, administrative or similar role.
- A background in a customer service role, passionate about providing a first class service
- Able to handle challenging conversations with customers and find a resolution
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally
- A professional approach to work and communication with colleagues and customers
- A good level of IT competency on Microsoft Office packages
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
