Part Time Security Administrator - 2 days p/w

Our client, based in Stoke Poges, is looking for a methodical and organised Security Administrator to join them.

This role is working 2, possibly 3 days per week and the successful candidate will be providing admin support to include security clearances, travel, distribution of security information and general security advice.

Proven administration skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of Personnel Security would be desirable.

A high degree of integrity and confidentiality is required within this role.

Duties will include

  • Administer employee and contractor security clearances (SC/DV) for Head Office
  • Provide support for Basic (BPSS) contractor applications
  • Maintain Head Office personnel security vetting records
  • Maintain SAP security information
  • Oversee the access pass and visitors lists
  • Submit casualty return forms to regulatory bodies (ONR) for all leavers
  • Manage the Head Office Personnel Security travel admin
  • Act as point of contact for staff and contractors for security enquiries
  • Manage Security intranet page

Skills/Experience

  • Proven admin skills and ideally some previous experience in a similar role
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer focused
  • Able to work on own initiative
