Part Time Service Coordinator - 3 Full days

Our client, a small, friendly, family run business based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Part Time Service Coordinator to join their team. The hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 09:00 - 17:00

The focus of this role is to aid the Service Team and Installations Team with scheduling, administration and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

* Booking jobs on to the system and issuing job sheets on an ad hoc and weekly basis
* Processing Engineer report sheets and certificates through to invoicing
* Managing and issuing renewal quotations and purchase orders to clients
* Completing and managing client on-line portals
* Providing proactive administrative support to the Service Department
* Liaising with accounts both internally and externally on invoicing issues
* Monitoring the Service Mailbox - proactively dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
* Completion of paperwork for Customer Contract Files where applicable
* Managing issues, invoicing and administration of annual service agreements to customers
* Liaising with suppliers and providing adhoc requirements regarding scheduling of site visits including staffing, timings etc
* Creating annual schedules for sites and updating where necessary

Key Skills:

* A methodical, orderly and professional approach to work
* Must be able to use initiative to make work decisions and take ownership for tasks set out with the role
* Professional and friendly telephone manner - providing the clients with a best in class service
* Familiarity with databases and competent with Excel, Word and Outlook
