Our client, a successful medical supplies organisation in High Wycombe, are looking for a driven Patient Service Team Leader to cover maternity leave.

They are looking for someone who has strong knowledge of the sales process, proven success of achieving targets and experience managing a busy sales team.

This position comes with fantastic benefits including healthcare, pension, free parking, 25 days holiday plus lovely working hours 9.30 - 5.30 Mon to Fri.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively managing the team to ensure targets are achieved and delivering exceptional customer
* Maximizing sales where possible
* Responding to all enquiries in a timely fashion
* Build great relationships with patients
* Support, coach and develop the team with one-to-one meetings
* Performance manage the team
* Ensure all department procedures are adhered to
* Support the Patient Services Manager and department heads

Key Skills:
* Previous experience managing a busy sales team
* Demonstrate influential and persuasive skill set
* Excellent telephone manager and customer service skills
* Proactive with little supervision
* Outstanding Database management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
