Payroll Manager (Part-Time)

Bucks and Berks Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time, experienced, Payroll Manager to join our friendly team based in Marlow. The Part Time working hours are based around 27.5 hours per week and a starting salary of £28,000 pro rata.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering both the weekly Temporary Employee Payrolls and the Monthly Employee Payrolls.

Key responsibilities:
- Run the data import from CRM System into Payroll system
- Manage the client files and placement data in Payroll system
- Review data to ensure accuracy and address any queries
- Run, review and submit the weekly payroll, adhering to strict deadlines
- Complete weekly Payroll reconciliation between Payroll system and Sage
- Collate the information needed for the Perm Payroll and submit to outsource partner
- Submit reports to HRMC for both weekly and Perm Payrolls
- Manage the company Pension requirements for new starters and leavers
- Process necessary P45's for new starters and leavers
- Manage holiday pay, SMP and SSP

Key skills:
- Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
- Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of Payroll management
- SAGE and Evertime experience is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of data processing capabilities and procedures
- Abilty to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and management
- Must be flexible to work extra hours in order to ensure deadlines are met and able to perform well under pressure
