Processing Administrator (12 month FTC)

Our client are currently looking for a team oriented individual to join their Processing team reporting to the Client Processing Manager for a period of 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

This role will undertake administration duties to support the Processing Manager, tasks may include:

* Maintenance/updates of the global tracking system
* Maintenance of corporate mailboxes - workload distribution
* Internal and external client servicing
* Creation/review of certificates using the Certificate system
* Admin tasks such as filing, photocopying and archiving
* Working with the Team to provide seamless support services
* Preparation of documentation for distribution - policies etc.
* Other ad-hoc administration tasks to support the Host and Issuing office

Ideally you should have proven administration experience in a corporate environment, ideally in an insurance environment. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective time management and analytical skills. You must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision and have a proactive approach. Good knowledge of MS office is essential with proven attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
