Product and Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client, based in the heart of Windsor are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and forward thinking individual to join the Supply Chain department.

Ideally you will have an interest and some experience with Supply Chain and Administration and also have excellent attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
* Working within the Operations team - looking after video games planning and manufacture (includes digital products too).
* Working closely with the Product Planning Manager on schedules, packaging localisation, age ratings etc.
* Communicate packaging schedules to key internal and external stakeholders
* Aid the SKU planning process and communication to territory heads
* Dealing with our European branches and Global Suppliers (Sony DADC, Technicolor, Nintendo)
* Manage production schedules considering vendor capacity and individual territory requirements (NR)
* Create and maintain SAP material and purchase master data and pricing (NR, repub., migrations)

Key skills:
* Minimum of 1 years administrative experience
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong analytic and organisational skills
* Competent and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Motivated to perform own tasks to a high standard, but possessing flexible team player approach
* Advanced MS Excel is essential
* SAP experience advantageous
