A successful non for profit organisation, based near High Wycombe, is looking for a Professional Standards Co-ordinator. Reporting to a Senior Professionals Standard Manager, the Professional Standards Co-ordinator will contribute to the maintenance and effective operation of our client's qualifications, standards and associated assessments and to provide operational support the Professional Standards team.

The successful candidate will maintain assessment material and quality metrics reported to agreed parameters for scrutiny by Senior Examiners and Standards and Qualifications Managers, Development Managers and Quality Manager - Professional Standards and to inform decision making and continuous improvement.

Experience and Skills required;

  • Experience of analysing and presenting data
  • Experience of working within a regulated qualification environment (Desirable)
  • Experience of working with dispersed teams
  • Experience of arranging meetings
  • Experience of recording notes and actions from meetings
  • Well-developed administrative skills
  • Excellent PC and IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and item bank software
  • Good organisational ability
  • Able to work to deadlines and to work independently

Salary: up to £24K

Permanent Position - 35 hours per week
