Our client is looking for a Project Administrator and Customer Engagement to join their friendly project delivery team.

The role will support the projects team to effectively manage and deliver a variety of tasks - working to the project plans and timescales. The role is varied and will include working with a wide range of people both internally (technical, marketing and operations) to externally with customers and suppliers.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing company developing cutting edge technology. Working from newly refurbed offices in Marlow, our client is offering a salary between £18k and £24k plus excellent benefits.

This role could suit an ambitious and highly organised graduate or someone with experience in a similar role (admin, project work, customer service).

* Talking to clients who have expressed an interest in joining our projects, processing through phone calls, template forms and emails
* Trouble shooting customer queries with support from the team.
* Order processing
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Working with sales to ensure agreements are set up correctly
* Ensure full compliance at all times
* Assist the Project Manager in providing a high level of customer satisfaction and retention of clients
* Maintain accurate records relating to customer communications and other data on business CRM
* Support to customers - manage help desk and any customer issues
* Providing administrative support to projects as appropriate

Skills and Experience
* Good IT skills
* Competent user of Microsoft Office applications - especially Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to manage own tasks and prioritise workload - and comfortable working to deadlines
* Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner - able to adapt style as appropriate
* Able to write clear and concise emails to customers and other project stakeholders
* Numerically competent with ability to create reports
* Educated to A level or equivalent with grades C and above in two or more subjects.
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
* A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where customer service and client satisfaction is the primary focus
* Strong team player - calm and supportive
* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to switch from one task to another with ease and agility
* Self-motivated and tenacious
