Our client is seeking an ambitious individual looking for the next step in their career as this position will develop to include managerial responsibilities within the near future. We are looking for candidates with coordination / scheduling experience that can take up a fundamental position within the organisation,

Working within a team of four, you will coordinate the large team of field-based fitters who cover a wide geographical area. In return, you will receive full training and support, and future career prospects within a well-established, family run business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise work schedules for field-based staff
  • Communicating via telephone and email
  • Accurately and efficiently scheduling work on internal system
  • Liaise directly with site managers regarding requirements and queries

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience with coordination / scheduling duties
  • Ambition to take on managerial duties in future
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently and within time scales
  • Strong communicator and team player
