Our client are a firm of chartered Surveyors and Chartered Architects based in Buckinghamshire who provide services ranging from planning consultancy, valuations, lease agreements, property manager and architectural design.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator who also has experience within a similar legal secretarial position. This role is a new opportunity within there business, and offers variation and opportunity to create the job into your own and support the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Administrative support to a team of professionals
- Preparing, Editing and delivering reports relating to valuations and planning
- Performing research for planning and valuation work
- General Administration and file management
- Answering the phone
- Organising diaries
- Attending office based meetings
- Making appointments with clients

Key skills:
- A background in Property/Legal secretary experience would be beneficial
- Excellent written English and English Grammar
- Excellent computer skills
- Report writing
- Desire to learn
