Purchase Ledger Assistant - 25 hours per week

Our client, a well-established company based in Slough are seeking a part time accounts person. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-2pm.

The role offers excellent benefits, a training and development program, and a great bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities

* Input of supplier invoices

* Reconciliation to monthly statements

* Preparation of twice monthly payment runs

* Intercompany management charges

* Month end accruals and prepayments

* Reconciliations of ledger accounts

 

Key Requirements

* Experience of Sage or similar such as Opera or QuickBooks

* Competent with Excel

* Able to work to monthly deadlines

* Able to adapt to changing role requirements

* Flexibility with working hours when workload demands
