Receptionist & Office Admin

Our client based in Wooburn Green are looking for an approachable and friendly Receptionist to coordinate their front desk and carry out administrative duties for their office. In this busy and varied role, you'll be the 'go-to' person for things such as events, office maintenance, vehicle fleet and other ad-hoc errands.

Salary: £25k + 10% Bonus
Location: Wooburn Green

Main duties will include -

  • Own reception and create a great first impression
  • Provide additional support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO
  • Organise the office and generally assist the team
  • Manage meeting rooms and catering
  • Sort and distribute incoming post, prepare outgoing post
  • Monitor the level of office supplies and handle shortages
  • Help us manage the office cleaning contract

Experience/Skills required -

  • An experienced receptionist and / or PA
  • Articulate, numerate and literate
  • Personable, enthusiastic and resilient
  • Computer literate - confident using MS Office package
  • Accurate and precise
  • Honest, trustworthy and someone who exudes integrity
  • Full UK Driving Licence
