Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (1-hour lunch)
A fantastic opportunity working for a well established and growing business in Maidenhead. You will be based on Reception whilst also supporting the internal accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception services - telephones, post & scanning
- Management of facilities including office supplies, maintenance and improvements
- Support Internal Accounts team with monthly invoicing
- Adhoc Accounts duties
Key Requirements
- Previous Admin / Reception experience
- Either previous Accounts experience or keen to progress in this field
- Good IT skills including MS Office
- Well presented, with strong communication skills
