A small, friendly and professional accountancy firm based in Gerrards Cross with a rare opening for a full time Receptionist/Office and Payroll Administrator to join their well-established practice.

We are looking for a well presented, personable, experienced Administrator who is keen to develop their skills.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30. Offering great career development.

Duties include

· Greeting clients, making them welcome and offering refreshments to them

· Answering telephone

· Running appointments diary

· Filtering emails

· Dealing with post and managing franking machine

· Opening post

· Managing cleaner

· Filing annual returns with Companies House**

· Providing assistance in administrative tasks for principals

· Operating payrolls for clients**

· Dealing with auto enrolment pensions**

** Full training and support will be given/available as required. Previous experience is not anticipated in these areas. The payroll and pension duties will take up to 6/7 days spread over a two week period.

The candidate needs to apply common sense and initiative to the position.

Due to the nature of the Company and the role candidates will need to avoid taking holidays during the last week of any month, and would be discouraged from taking holidays in the period November to January (not including Christmas).
