Our client, an educational recruitment company based in Marlow, is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join their friendly team. This role will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing temporary assignments and developing business with existing clients (there is no new business with this role).

This role may suit someone from an agency background that is keen to get away from new business.


The successful candidate will ideally come from a recruitment background and have excellent matching abilities or alternatively come from another role where matching skills have been apparent.


Our client offers a generous basic salary plus benefits and parking. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients to identifying their needs
* Sourcing candidates for assignments
* Dealing with client queries and complaints
* Following up assignments to ensure all feedback forms are completed
* Generate leads and business opportunities
* Write proposals
* Negotiate fees
* Managing the placement process
* Adhoc administration duties

Key Skills
* Previous recruitment or 'matching' experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
