A unique opportunity has opened in one of the fasting growing sectors in IT to join a business that will enable you to achieve your potential and grow as the organisation grows!

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll become an "Expert" within the field of Information Security, and build a reputation as the "go to" consultant within this space

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 + Commission

Your duties will include:

  • Developing new relationships and expand existing relationships with candidates and clients
    • Client and Candidate Calling
    • Client and Candidate Meetings
  • Develop your own business within the Information Security Marketplace
  • Learn and understand your market
  • Qualify jobs/assignments and facilitate delivery through the sourcing of exceptional candidates
  • To support the existing business and key accounts through the sourcing of exceptional candidates
  • To maintain a "Quality Led" approach to each action you undertake to ensure repeat business and brand recognition

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to produce a plan and achieve the outcomes set out
  • Track record of success in a sales environment
  • An understanding of IT and Technology (Ideally Security, though not essential)
  • Good sales skills that encompass achievements such as: Open Questions, Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Closing
  • The ability to foster and build sustainable relationships
  • A team player with a "Can Do" attitude and a competitive nature
  • A target driven mind-set
  • Pragmatic Approach
  • Good Values and Ethics
  • Solid Business and Commercial Acumen (B2B, B2C)
