We are situated in modern, friendly and flexible offices in central Marlow. We need a new member to join our friendly and knowledgeable team, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing perms desk.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a Permanent desk to ultimately build your own Client base.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate business pipeline to Head of Commercial.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Regular Client visits, developing relationships and strengthening the network of contacts.
- Develop a solid understanding of your client base, what they do, their work culture and environment.
- Proactively speculate and market candidates into your client base.
- Offer consultative advice to Clients, based on your market knowledge.
Key Skills:
- Must have proven successful recruitment experience.
- Strong customer service & interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively as part of a small team.
- Ability to work with a CRM system and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a polite, confident, and friendly telephone manner.
- Organised and able to work under pressure.
- Enjoy working within a target driven team environment.
- Resilient and to be able to maintain a high level of self-motivation.
- Ability to account plan and set growth strategy along with Head of Commercial
