Resourcing Officer (12 month FTC)

Our client, based in the heart of Windsor, are a service providing a safe and stimulating environment for adults and young people.

The role, working as a a Resourcing Officer, is a 12 month fixed term contract and is to assist the Group Resourcing Manager in upskilling managers across the group in all aspects of recruitment.

Key responsibilities:
- Working with the Group Resourcing Manager to develop recruitment for the group
- Rolling out sessions across the country and following up with coaching and support as required
- Carrying out bespoke headhunting for senior recruitment across the business, including CV searching, social media marketing, screening candidates as required
- Implementing the organisations social media strategy, working to maximise each platforms capability and taking advantage of development
- Promote best practice of using social media, being able to offer training to others where required
- Working with the marketing team to develop our career pages on the website
- Producing KPI data as required
- Assisting with the design and running of recruitment days and developing and implementing other initiatives to support hard to recruit areas

Key skills:
- GCSE educated grade C or above in English and Maths essential
- CIPD qualified or part qualified desirable
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices including all aspects of attraction and selection processes
- Facilitation/training skills
- Able to liaise effectively with staff and managers at all levels of the organisation
- Able to demonstrate good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Articulate
- Able to demonstrate proficiency with various systems and Microsoft applications
- Experience of working with HR management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coaching skills
