Sales Administrator - 12 Month FTC

A global leader based near Maidenhead seeks a Sales Administrator to provide excellent support to external customers and the Sales team in their Head Quarters.

Salary £20,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience + benefits

This is a contract until March 2020 and would require someone who is available immediately

A brief view of your key responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration / Coordination responsibility for UK, South Africa, Russia and HQ regions
  • Point of contact for Sales Managers and customers
  • Providing a professional and high level of customer service
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Work closely with Management and Sales Administration team
  • Assist Finance department with queries
  • Control cost efficient delivery schedule
  • Responsible for the coordination with colleagues
  • Run reports in SAP
  • Ensures all work adheres to relevant policies and procedures

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Internal Sales and Logistics based role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a desire to follow an issue through to closure
  • Experience using MS Excel
  • Experience of SAP desirable
  • Logical and proactive
  • Able to prioritise to meet deadlines
