Sales Administrator - exciting role!

Our client, a successful telecommunications company, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

The holder of this position will work closely with the Sales Admin Manager in order to build and maintain a close relationship with existing accounts, while at the same time assisting with the expansion of the customer base. The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, running usage reports, responding to billing queries and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

This is an amazng opportunity to act as part of a small, yet cohesive team of sales professionals responsible for expanding the business throughout the U.K.

We are looking for someone logical, pro-active and process driven.


Responsibilities and Duties
* Develop and sustain close working relationships with key accounts, understand their requirements and log these in the CRM system.
* Negotiation with customers on usage queries and apply relevant credits
* Run/create accurate usage reports and Bespoke reports
* Processing contracts and changes
* Work closely with the Sales Administration Manager and Sales teams in the UK and Europe
* Liaise with departments where appropriate, co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner
* Ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved
* Ensure that progress is communicated regularly and accurately, enhancing customer service experience


Skills & Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in Administration
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Good I.T skills, including intermediate level in excel knowledge
* Autonomous and ability to work on own initiative
* Be able to handle multiple tasks within a limited time in a fast paced environment.
* Be able to build relationships with customers and the sales team
* A can-do attitude
* Professional in approach and confidential
