Our client are a small Pharmaceutical Wholesaler based near Staines. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join and support their Sales Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with UK pharmaceutical wholesalers and hospitals
  • Liaising with manufacturers
  • Negotiating with UK wholesalers and suppliers
  • Sending quotations to customers
  • Responding to tenders both NHS and international
  • Confirming and processing orders
  • Invoicing and preparing orders for shipping
  • Assisting with stock control and allocation
  • Marketing product on the internet
  • Processing internet sales

Key skills:

  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Data entry experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good time management skills and ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Results driven
