Sales/ Administrator required to join small succesful promotional company to assist and support the Sales Manager to achieve targets, ensuring smooth running of their business.

The hours are Monday - Friday - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with clients with a view of maintaining relationships and encouraging long term business.
  • Deal with incoming Sales enquiries and quotes.
  • Process paperwork to ensure that full and accurate information is provided.
  • Raise accurate invoices promptly and track expected revenue for safe delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by anticipating, understanding and fulfilling client's needs and responding promptly to their queries and concerns.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and well motivated individual. You will hold excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a minimum of 2 years administration experience. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn swiftly and use other systems.

Own car essential due to location. You must be happy to work in a small office, sometimes on your own. This role is offered on a temporary to contract basis to cover maternity and is likely to be 6 to 12 months. It is essential to commit to the length of the contract.
