Our client, a leading telecommunications company based near Marlow, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly cohesive team of sales professionals responsible for expanding the business throughout the UK.

Based in lovely offices with a restaurant and gym onsite and plenty of free parking, plus a free shuttle bus each day to and from Maidenhead Train Station, our client is offering basic salary of up to £21,000 plus £1,000 bonus.

You will be responsible for answering the phone, running usage reports, responding to billing queries and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain close working relationships with key customer accounts, understand their requirements and log these in CRM system.
  • Negotiation with customers on usage queries and apply relevant credits.
  • Create accurate usage reports
  • Processing contracts and tariff changes
  • Liaise with departments where appropriate, co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved.
  • Ensure that progress is communicated regularly and accurately, enhancing customer service experience.

Key Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in Administration
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Good I.T skills, including intermediate level in excel knowledge
  • Autonomous and ability to work on own initiative
  • Degree level qualifications desired and a minimum of GCSE or equivalent in English and math's, grades A-C.
