Sales and Finance Administrator - would suit a graduate!

Our client, a growing company based just outside of Marlow, is looking to recruit a Sales and Finance Administrator to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to provide admin support to the Finance and Operations Manager and other senior management. The role is really varied with elements of sales administration, client contact and accounts administration.

This role could suit an ambitious, analytical graduate or someone with more experience.

Duties include

Order and invoice processing

Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and other queries

Liaising with bank partners in relation to agreements

Working with sales to ensure contracts are set up correctly

Ensure full compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority and any other legislative requirements for the business

Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and retention of clients

Maintain accurate records relating to customer communications and other data on business CRM

Processing expenses and purchase invoices

Cash flow management

Execution of accounts payable payments

Execution of salary and statutory liability payments

Bank account and supplier statement reconciliations

Assistance with year-end procedures

General ad hoc administrative duties


Previous administration and customer service experience

Competent user of Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Excel

Strong analytical skills

Ability to manage own tasks and prioritise workload

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Excellent telephone manner

Numerically competent with ability to create reports from CRM data

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in work

Customer focused

Effective planning and organisational skills
