Our client, a highly respected and successful corporate company based in Stoke Poges, is looking for an experienced Secretary/Administrator to provide secretarial and admin support to the Marketing and Sales teams.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary of up to £32k plus amazing benefits including early finish at 1.30 on a Friday plus 27 days holiday, pension, bonus, healthcare and much more.

Duties include

  • To manage the electronic diaries of the group
  • To receive, sort, respond and distribute mail
  • Typing general correspondence
  • To type and edit contracts /proposals /letters on behalf of the group
  • To be responsible for the travel arrangements of the group
  • To access the internet as required to source alternative hotels, train timetables for Europe
  • To organise internal and external meetings, including bookings for industry conferences

Skills/Experience

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office, SAP is beneficial
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Helpful, willing and customer focused
