Our client, in a fast growing sector, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team.

The main focus of this role is to support the Sales Director in the delivery of both team and personal sales targets from existing customers as well as new business, both SME / Retail. The role encompasses both ongoing effective account management as well as delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our client is offering an excellent package, the chance to earn up to £40k OTE and good career progression.

A driving license is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers on sales targets in unit orders and ensures that deliveries are met for the business unit in new, additional and renewal business
  • To support the Sales Director in the provision of information and costings required for the tender process as well as for customer presentations for both new and existing customers
  • Preparation of and follow up on customer quotes, ensuring accuracy in all quotations in customer communications
  • Input, update and maintain accurate records relating to customer communications, leads and other data on business CRM in order to maximise business opportunities
  • Produce and deliver to Sales Director accurate sales pipeline data
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA as well as other relevant legislative requirements for the business
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention by supporting customers throughout the sales process through to delivery and after sales service.
  • Be fully conversant with all aspects of finance plans and finance packages that are available to customers and be able to discuss these in detail with customers
  • Ongoing account management of existing customers

Key Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a telesales or sales environment and working with targets and KPIs
  • Proven track record of achieving results in previous roles
  • Financial aptitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft package, ie Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable with change
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • Working knowledge of objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
