Sales Office Team Leader

An exciting opportunity within a well-established business based in Maidenhead. You will manage the office-based staff covering sales, customer service, logistics and support. The role offers excellent benefits including 25 days annual leave and quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office staff on a daily basis
  • Establish a strong relationship with clients, proactively contacting key customers
  • Support with quotations, order processing, shipping and invoicing
  • Host morning meetings, create sales reports and targets/goals

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record within a sales/sales support leadership role
  • Experience of order processing, customer service and managing workload in a busy office environment
  • Experience of managing, motivating, mentoring & developing teams
  • Must have good written, verbal communication and organisational skills
