Our client, a successful pharmaceutical company, with a small UK operations office in High Wycombe, is looking for a bright, customer focused and highly organised Sales Operations Administrator to join their close-knit team.

The main aim of this role is to work with the Sales Operations Manager to provide and maintain excellence in the delivery of customer focused services as a part of the Sales Operations Team.

Our client is offering a generous salary of £30k - £35k plus a discretionary bonus plus 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in SAP.

Duties include

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team toward the accurate and timely production of quotes and compilation of tender information as requested
  • Ensuring that prices invoiced to customers are maintained and in accordance with current quotes or tenders
  • Provide monthly contract management data to meet framework requirements
  • Processing weekly sales invoices and raising stock replenishment orders
  • Implementing pricing for portal
  • Liaising with suppliers for incoming shipments and monitor stock availability
  • Ensuring that information requests as directed by Sales Operations Manager are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Processing & archiving of customer orders and liaison with customer to keep them informed of any issues arising in connection to their orders
  • Dealing with general customer enquiries and service complaints
  • Dealing with customers' product complaints

Skills/Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well in a small team
  • Experience in processing customer orders ideal
  • SAP would be great
  • Pharma experience would be advantage but not essential
