Our client, a successful pharma company, with a small UK operations office in High Wycombe, is looking for a bright, customer focused and highly organised Sales Operations Administrator to join their team.

The main aim of this role is to work with the Sales Operations Manager to provide and maintain excellence in the delivery of customer focused services as a part of the Sales Operations Team.

Our client is offering a generous salary of £30k - 32k plus a discretionary bonus plus 25 days holiday, pension and private healthcare.

The successful candidate will have experience in SAP, order processing AND pharma/healthcare.

Duties include

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team toward the accurate and timely production of quotes and compilation of tender information
  • Ensuring that prices invoiced to customers are maintained and in accordance with current quotes or tenders
  • Provide monthly contract management data to meet framework requirements
  • Processing weekly sales invoices and raising stock replenishment orders
  • Implementing pricing for portal
  • Liaising with suppliers for incoming shipments and monitor stock availability
  • Ensuring that information requests as directed by Sales Operations Manager are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Processing & archiving of customer orders and liaison with customer to keep them informed of any issues arising in connection to their orders
  • Dealing with general customer enquiries and service complaints


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work well in a small team
  • Experience in processing customer orders ideal
  • SAP would be great
  • Pharma experience would be advantage but not essential
