Our client an exciting IT company are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate sales operations assistant to join their innovative ambitious team based in Maidenhead.

If successful, you will be part of an engineering led company that strives to ease the day to day working lives of their customers by offering network monitoring and service delivery improvement which is achieved by passionate, driven, dedicated and hardworking members of the team.

Key duties

  • Ensure all clients are kept up to date with their requested trials and ensure they have all the information necessary to make an informed decision about the service
  • Answer and respond to sales enquiries and how the product works
  • Assist with the full purchasing process from start to processing purchase order numbers
  • Liaise with internal teams to arrange demo for perspective customers
  • Keep CRM system up to date
  • Manage pipeline for new business and renewals
  • Ensure follow up calls are made

Key Skills

  • Experience within a similar field would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines is essential
  • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit would help a lot in this role
