Sales/Project Administrator

Our client, a well established Company based near Henley/Marlow are looking for a Sales/Project administrator with excellent communication skills and knowledge of excel and accounting systems.

You will need to be a car owner, due to office location. Office hours 8am - 5.30pm


· Facilitate the raising of PO's with purchasing of materials to meet project requirements
· Placing orders on internal system in time to meet project timelines and working with project management ensuring competitive pricing
· Communication of information between all necessary departments and customers
· Build and maintain good relationships with customer and suppliers
· Keeping up to date schedules and records of financial, technical and project related information and documentation
· Answering inbound calls, dealing with project related queries, forwarding where necessary
· Assisting in compilation of project programs using relevant software and internal systems
· Processing day to day sales orders and communicate with customers accordingly

Person specification

· Hard working, highly organised self-starter
· Excellent communication skills, competent with Excel and project spreadsheets - must be fluent in English
· Professional attitude with an eye for detail
· Existing knowledge of accounting software platforms advantageous
