Sales Support Administrator - 12 hours p/w

A fast-growing energy company based in White Waltham are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team!

  • This is a part time position: 4 hours per day / 3 days per week. - Mon, Wed & Fri
  • Salary: £10-£12 per hour
  • Must be able to cover staff holidays

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Sales support - assist with the processing new sales leads, quotes and following up quotes sent & booking appointments
  • Order processing and dispatch
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing where necessary
  • Reviewing, verifying and processing invoices and check requests
  • Setting invoices up for payment once received from suppliers
  • Obtaining receipts or other verification when accounts are paid
  • Making sure supplier invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle
  • Remitting payments on invoices as directed by Accounts Management & Directors
  • Monitoring customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time, records are correct and up to date
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintaining supplier files
  • Producing weekly reports & job costings
  • Organising and scheduling appointments when requested
  • Assist in the preparation of client site visit reports and handover reports when required
  • Maintaining current filing system and ordering office supplies

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
  • Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or similar role
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks in beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work load
