Sales Support Administrator

Our client, in the events industry, is looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual to work alongside and provide admin support to their small sales team. This will include both pre and post event requirements.

This pivotal role will see you engaging in various areas of the business.

Duties include:

  • Attend weekly sales meeting
  • Answer general email queries
  • Coordinate staffing of events
  • Answer the telephone
  • Order stationery and copier supplies
  • Look after company vehicles
  • Complete retail orders
  • Raise customer invoices
  • Enter supplier invoices
  • Arrange hotel bookings and experiences for clients
  • Chase outstanding payments and update database accordingly

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to liaise and build rapport with clients and suppliers
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • A pro-active can do attitude with the ability to multi task and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of using PowerPoint
  • Flexible attitude
