Sales Support Co-ordinator

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

Salary: £27,175 plus bonus

Our client is a well-established national supplier of premium food products. They are currently recruiting for a new team member to join their Sales/Customer Service department. They are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manner and previous sales experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Account Management in designated sales areas
  • Producing sales reports for targeted outbound calls
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to generate sales
  • Processing orders via telephone
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department
  • Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager

Key skills:

  • Previous sales experience essential
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous customer service experience beneficial but not essential
  • Previous experience of SAP beneficial but not essential
  • Confident telephone manner
